AICTE offers up to ₹50,000 per year to eligible students in AICTE-approved technical degree programmes who are orphans, lost a parent to COVID-19, or are wards of armed forces or central paramilitary personnel martyred in action. Apply through the National Scholarship Portal by 31 October 2026.
The AICTE Swanath Scholarship supports students from specified vulnerable circumstances who are pursuing a regular technical degree at an AICTE-approved institution. The application is submitted online through the National Scholarship Portal.
The scheme provides ₹50,000 per year toward college fees, books, computers, equipment, software and other approved education expenses. The maximum support period depends on the year of entry: up to four years for a first-year entrant, with fewer remaining years for later-year entrants. Confirm the current award and renewal rules in the official scheme notice.
The National Scholarship Portal lists the student application window from 1 June to 31 October 2026. The later institute and department verification dates are separate processing deadlines.
