In 2021, Aakash Mehta was searching for competitions for his 11-year-old daughter, Ananya. He spent three evenings digging through school notice boards, WhatsApp groups and outdated government websites. He found nine competitions. Three had already closed. Two were not relevant to her grade. Only four were real possibilities.

He was an engineer. He knew there had to be a better way. Six months later, he had built the first version of SooperChamp - a simple tool that matched competitions to a child's profile. He shared it with 12 parents in his building. Within a week, all 12 had applied to at least one competition.

Ananya won her first science olympiad three months later.
